What are Wax Melts?
Wax melts are wickless, scented blocks of wax, fragranced with your favourite fragrance oils.How do I use Wax Melts?
Put a small block fragranced of wax to the top of a ceramic or electric burner and light a tealight underneath it or switch on if electric.What wax do we use in our wax melts?
All our wax melts are made from 100% natural soy wax. Soy wax made from plants. Soybeans are harvested and converted into soy wax. This is a much more eco-friendly option as opposed to paraffin wax which is a by-product of petroleum-based crude oil.Can you re-use wax melts?
Yes you certainly can. Re-using your wax melts will help you to get the most out of your purchase. Recycling your melts will prove helpful if you’re on a budget. You won’t be able to reuse wax melts forever, the scent decreases the more you use them. We recommend you burn them 6-8 times before changing.FAQs about Candles
What are your candles made of?
Our candles have a unique blend of coconut and natural soy wax mixed with premium paraben free fragrance oil and cotton wick.

Why is Soy Wax better than paraffin wax?
While paraffin wax is refined from crude oil, soybean is harvested from a natural plant base and converted into soy wax. Compared to paraffin, soy wax burns clean with no petrol-carbon soot. Soy wax also burns slower than paraffin, so soy wax candles last much longer.
Why is it important to trim my wick?
It is important to trim your wick to control the flame. Control the flame makes the candle much safer. It also prolongs the life of the candle, extending its life span.

What is a Reed Diffuser and how does it work?
Reeds are inserted into our clear glass bottles filled with scented diffuser oil, the reeds soak up the scent and emit a pleasant aroma around your home.
Are Reed Diffusers eco-friendly?
Both the reeds and glass bottles are sustainable. To make our products more eco friendly we are now offering refills. We are also offering a refill service in our shop where you can bring your diffuser bottle in and we will fill it for you.
Why can’t I reuse my reeds over and over again?
Reeds fill up with the scent and the oil and last around 3 months. If they are not replaced when you refill your diffusers, they become saturated will no longer work.
How long do your diffusers last?
If you follow our diffuser care tips our Reed Diffusers will last approximately 3 months.
